blood pressure is a measure of the body’s pressure, and the more your blood pressure goes up, the more you have a risk of a stroke.
People with higher blood pressure have a higher risk of heart attack, stroke and death.
The American Heart Association recommends that people with high blood pressure limit their medication intake to no more than 150 milligrams of sodium daily.
However, some doctors say it’s important to limit sodium to the lower range.
This is because high blood pressures can lead to high blood cholesterol and stroke, as well as other conditions that increase your risk of cardiovascular disease.
The sodium guidelines for doctors are based on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for Americans over age 65.
The guidelines are based mainly on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, published by the U of T’s Department of Nutrition.
The department recommends limiting sodium to 200 milligram daily and cholesterol to no higher than 300 mg a day.
It also recommends limiting total cholesterol to less than 2,000 mg a week.
The new guidelines recommend limiting sodium and cholesterol both to 150 milliugrams per day, and potassium to no greater than 250 milligos per day.
They also recommend a low-sodium diet and eating foods rich in potassium.
However they recommend no more thiazide diuretics, which are used to treat hypertension, since these medicines can have side effects, such as dizziness and nausea.
